How beautiful is my calendar's test print?!?! My not-just-another-calendar 2025 Wildlife Calendar is currently in the capable hands of my printer… And we’re all at the mercy of a paper supplier that is in turn at the mercy of shipments falling off of trucks and getting looted and employees walking out and the Easter Bunny holding the CEO hostage for a large ransom fee. Most of that is actually true…!
It is my greatest test in life to try to remain calm at times like these when there is just nothing I can do about a sucky situation. I keep repeating one of my favourite affirmations to myself: Everything that is controllable is under control. I’m thrilled that so many of you have already ordered calendars! And I’m horrified that I’m keeping you waiting… I was hoping to have them in hand by the end of this week, but that might not happen. Not for a lack of trying, though!
All I can say is this: It’ll be worth the wait! I poured my heart and soul into this calendar, from the creation of the dynamic artworks, to the careful selection of every inspirational quote and affirmation, to the emotional writing of the monthly Reflection Section, right down to checking and double-checking the dates and inclusive observances and celebrations…
It’s my pride and joy; a summary of my greatest artistic creations and my most intimate thoughts, hopes, challenges and triumphs!
So — thank you for your patience. Thank you for your support. And thank you for understanding that sh*t happens… Most of all, thank you for trusting that your calendar IS COMING!
